Ready-made products can be exchanged or returned only if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Custom products are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved design.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
For custom orders, the customer is responsible for checking names, text, photos, colors, and design details before approval. Once approved and printed, the order cannot be changed, returned, or refunded unless the mistake was made by Wink.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or any available method agreed with our team.
