Wink is an online gift and print store offering products such as custom gifts, mugs, framed posters, tapestries, t-shirts, and gift boxes.
Once you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery address, product choices, and custom design details.
Custom-made products are created based on the details, photos, names, text, or references provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before printing.
For custom orders, production starts after the design is approved. Once the design is approved and printed, the order cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a production mistake from Wink.
Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or printing differences. We always do our best to make the final product as close as possible to the shown design.
Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time without prior notice. The final order price will be shown at checkout before completing the purchase.
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, online payment, wallet transfer, or other methods provided at checkout. Some custom orders may require partial advance payment before production.
Shipping time depends on your city, courier availability, and order type. Wink is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Custom products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved design.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images, logos, artwork, or content they provide for custom orders. Wink may refuse to print designs that violate rights, include offensive content, or are not suitable for production.
Ready-made orders may be cancelled before shipping. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design work or production has started.
